Lawrence D. Sekajipo Jr.
CEO & Founder
Retired US Army Colonel
As CEO of Cashimee, Lawrence embodies unparalleled expertise in strategic security, personnel management, and terrorism and counterterrorism operations, forged through over two decades of distinguished service in the United States Army. Commissioned in 2000 at the University of South Florida, he holds Master's degrees in Terrorism and Counterterrorism Studies and Strategic Security and Protection Management from National American University, complemented by advanced training at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, with a focus on operations, artillery, electronic warfare, cyberspace operations, joint targeting, and command.
His career highlights include commanding small to large organizations in complex counterinsurgency environments around the world including deployments to Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq, and Korea; leading top-performing recruiting organizations; managing foreign military sales $7.2 billion portfolio for critical Air platforms (F-16, C-130, Cesnas, ect) and airfield security; and spearheading cyber and information warfare initiatives at US Army Cyber Command.
He earned multiple Bronze Star Medals, Meritorious Service Medals, Combat Action Badges, and the coveted Order of Saint Barbara Award. Lawrence's proven leadership in high-stakes security operations and personnel management drives Cashimee's mission to deliver resilient and innovative security solutions.
Gerald Weeks
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
CPT(R) US Army & Former FBI Special Agent
As Chief Technology Officer of Cashimee, Gerald unifies cyber, physical, and spectrum capabilities into a single, mission-first technology stack across the U.S. and West Africa.
A retired U.S. Army Captain and former FBI special agent, Gerald blends operational rigor and investigative tradecraft to advance Cashimee’s Prevent • Protect • Prepare doctrine. He leads enterprise integration of PSIM/VMS/ACS, SOC modernization (SIEM/SOAR), zero-trust cloud architecture, and data/AI analytics.
Known for building high-reliability programs in austere environments, Gerald leads a bi-continental team that delivers resilient capabilities, keeping leaders and missions safe—Silent. Strategic. Secure.
Rolda Alexander
Director, Electromagnetic Spectrum & UAV/ UAS Operations (EMSO)

Rolda leads Cashimee's electromagnetic spectrum and uncrewed systems portfolio, unifying RF engineering, electronic warfare, and UAS/C-UAS operations into a single, mission-first program across the US and West Africa. A retired US Army Electronic Warfare Warrant Officer with over 30 years of service, she has operated at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of the Department of Defense—standing up spectrum governance, directing interference hunts and DF operations, and integrating EW effects with maneuver, cyber, and intelligence missions.
At Cashimee, Rolda oversees the EMSO Working Group; architects frequency management, EMI/EMC risk controls, and site RF baselines; UAS fleet standards, C2 link integrity, Remote ID/UTM compliance, and counter-UAS detection/response TTPs.
Rolda is Cashimee's principal liaison to regulators and partners and builds the training pipelines that keep pilots, RF techs, and site teams current. She is known for delivering resilient links and audit-ready operations in complex environments.
David T. Norman Jr.
Chief Logistics Officer
David brings over 15 years of expertise in global logistics and supply chain management to Cashimee Protective Services LLC, where he oversees secure transportation, vendor partnerships, and operational scalability across our US and West African hubs.
With experience in high-risk regions, David has successfully managed multimillion-dollar supply chains for defense contractors, ensuring compliance with international standards, such as ISO 9001, while integrating sustainable practices, including the use of eco-friendly vehicles.
At Cashimee, he drives efficient, resilient operations that align with our "Silent, Strategic, and Secure" ethos, supporting cross-border missions and growth initiatives.
Imari Sekajipo
Director, Strategic Funding
Imari is a strategic financial professional with a proven track record in securing institutional capital, managing donor relations, and architecting high-impact business credit systems for emerging ventures. With deep insight into the US and West African finance ecosystems and a growing global network of lenders, grantmakers, and venture partners, he spearheads Cashimee’s funding acquisition strategy and credit infrastructure development.
Imari brings experience in grant writing, SME finance, and funder compliance—having successfully guided businesses through complex application processes and delivered measurable funding outcomes. He is also well-versed in business credit reporting systems, including DUNS, NAV, and Experian Business, with a strong ability to build credible financial positioning for high-growth firms.
His leadership supports Cashimee’s mission to scale across the US and West Africa by ensuring sustainable access to capital and strengthening our financial credibility in the global security market.
