Rolda leads Cashimee’s electromagnetic spectrum and uncrewed systems portfolio, unifying RF engineering, electronic warfare, and UAS/C-UAS operations into a single, mission-first program across the U.S. and West Africa.

 

A seasoned U.S. Army Electronic Warfare Officer with over 28 years of service, she has operated at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels of the Department of Defense—standing up spectrum governance, directing interference hunts and DF operations, and integrating EW effects with maneuver, cyber, and intelligence missions.

 

At Cashimee, Rolda chairs the EMSO Working Group; architects frequency management, EMI/EMC risk controls, and site RF baselines; and oversees UAS fleet standards, C2 link integrity, Remote ID/UTM compliance, and counter-UAS detection/response TTPs. She is the principal liaison to regulators and partners (FCC/ITU, Liberia LTA; FAA/Liberia CAA; port and airport authorities) and builds the training pipelines that keep pilots, RF techs, and site teams current.
