Security - HSE Integration Statement

At Cashimee, we view security and HSE as inseparable pillars of a safe and responsible mining operation. Our security program is built to strengthen—not compete with our client's Health, Safety, and Environment standards.

Our operational procedures, training programs, and command structure are aligned to ensure that every security activity supports HSE principles, including safe access control, responsible movement of personnel and vehicles, accurate incident logging, and disciplined behavior across all posts and routes.

Our guards, supervisors, K9 teams, drivers, drone operators, and control-room staff are trained in site safety rules, hazard awareness, emergency response coordination, environmental sensitivity, and non-escalatory interaction with workers and community members. We integrate these practices into our Prevent • Protect • Prepare framework to reduce risk before it reaches operations.

In practical terms, this means:

• Security personnel follow all HSE rules and participate in safety briefings and toolbox talks.

• Convoy operations and vehicle movement are executed in accordance with safe driving and speed-limit protocols.

• Security teams support controlled access, ensuring only qualified and authorized workers enter operational areas.

• Emergency responses—medical, environmental, or security-related—are coordinated hand-in-hand with the HSE department.

• Daily observations, near-misses, and incidents are captured and reported through channels compatible with HSE systems and Auditable KPIs.

Ultimately, our role is to be an enabler of safe, compliant, and stable operations.
