Chief Executive Officer & Founder - sets the company’s strategic direction, leads global operations, and ensures Cashimee maintains excellence in security, risk management, and resilience.
Executive Director of Corporate Administration - supports Cashimee’s executive leadership by managing corporate governance processes, executive workflows, and enterprise-level administrative operations—ensuring organizational discipline, accountability, and seamless coordination across U.S. and West Africa operations.
Executive Director of Survivability Solutions (Consulting) - leads aviation, MEDEVAC, and disaster-response survivability programs to protect personnel and ensure mission continuity in high-risk environments.
Executive Director, Disaster & Health Security Division - guides strategic programs in disaster risk reduction, clinical readiness, public-health resilience, and emergency planning across Cashimee’s global footprint.
Chief Financial Officer - leads enterprise-wide financial management—ensuring transparency, accountability, and strong fiscal stewardship that sustains Cashimee’s mission-critical operations.
Counselor Augustine Toe
Chief Legal Officer - provides strategic legal counsel, mitigates organizational risk, and ensures Cashimee’s policies, agreements, and operations meet the highest standards of compliance and accountability.
Chief of Logistics - leads strategic logistics planning, resource distribution, and operational support functions, ensuring Cashimee’s teams are equipped, supported, and mission-ready at all times.
Director of Operations - Liberia (Country Manager)- oversees Cashimee’s Liberia portfolio—SLA delivery, HSE/incident command, staffing and training, tech-enabled SOPs, and stakeholder relations—backed by senior government and higher-ed leadership experience.
