Director of Aviations - Liberia
Mr. Jeston B. Addy Jr. is a highly experienced aviation security executive with more than two decades of progressive leadership at Roberts International Airport. As Director of Aviation – Liberia for Cashimee Protective Services, he provides strategic and operational leadership for the company’s aviation security portfolio, overseeing airport coordination, regulatory compliance, personnel readiness, airline support, quality assurance, and the delivery of secure, efficient, and professionally managed aviation services throughout Liberia.
Mr. Addy began his aviation career in 1997 as an Airport Security Officer at Roberts International Airport and advanced through increasingly responsible positions, including Special Assistant for Administration, Special Assistant for Operations, Acting Assistant Chief of Operations, Shift Supervisor, Senior Supervisor, and Security Manager. This progression provided him with comprehensive knowledge of airport security operations, supervisory control, access management, screening, incident response, workforce coordination, and the operational realities of Liberia’s principal international airport.
His professional expertise encompasses aviation security management, risk assessment, crisis management, quality control, national inspection, airline security, aircraft accident investigation, screening techniques, passenger interviewing, fraudulent-document detection, carrier liaison, access control, and airport control technology. His training has been delivered by organizations and authorities including the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority, International Civil Aviation Organization, U.S. Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, East African School of Aviation, International Law Enforcement Academy, and international airline and security partners.
At Cashimee, Mr. Addy leads the planning, coordination, and quality management of aviation security operations supporting airports, airlines, passengers, aircraft, crews, baggage, cargo, catering, and restricted areas. His responsibilities include establishing operational procedures, coordinating with airport and civil aviation authorities, preparing aviation security personnel for credentialing and deployment, supporting regulatory inspections, and ensuring that services remain aligned with applicable Liberian Civil Aviation Authority (LCAA) requirements, airport security programs, airline procedures, and internationally recognized aviation security principles.
His leadership supports critical functions such as passenger profiling and travel-document verification, aircraft security searches, baggage reconciliation, cargo and catering controls, ramp protection, crew security, incident escalation, and corrective-action management.
Mr. Addy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Liberia. His combination of institutional airport knowledge, regulatory training, operational judgment, and long-standing relationships within Liberia’s aviation community makes him a central figure in Cashimee’s commitment to building a professional, locally grounded, and internationally aligned aviation security capability.
Through his leadership, Cashimee advances its objective of protecting passengers, aircraft, crews, airline operations, and aviation infrastructure while supporting safe and efficient air transportation in Liberia.
