As Chief Financial Officer, Dr. Sekajipo leads Cashimee’s global financial strategy, capital planning, and risk management framework, ensuring that the company’s doctrine—Prevent • Protect • Prepare—and its motto “Silent. Strategic. Secure.” are backed by disciplined financial stewardship and robust governance.

Bringing more than three decades of senior leadership experience in finance, regulation, and corporate governance, Lawrence has a distinguished track record in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Cashimee, he served as Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Liberia Electricity Regulatory Commission, where he championed pricing reforms, strengthened regulatory and licensing frameworks, and guided the development of Liberia’s first five‑year strategic plan for the power sector.

Dr. Sekajipo has also served as Senior Audit Partner at CPA Advisory & Business Consultants in Orlando, Florida, leading complex financial and compliance audits and advising boards and executives on governance, controls, and enterprise risk.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Sekajipo held key finance leadership roles, including Chief Financial Officer of International Care Management Inc. and Assistant Comptroller at America II Internet Solutions. In these roles he managed large corporate budgets, led multi‑disciplinary finance teams, and built scalable systems for forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and performance management. His professional journey began with Firestone Rubber Plantations Company in Liberia, where he held leadership responsibilities in production, operations, and research, gaining firsthand experience managing large workforces and complex industrial operations.

Mr. Sekajipo’s academic background spans law, business, and accounting. He holds a Master of Science of Law (J.S.M.) in International Taxation & Financial Services from Thomas Jefferson School of Law; a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix; a Master of Professional Accountancy (M.P.A.) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Jackson State University; and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry from the University of Liberia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), with additional certifications in forensic accounting, personal financial planning, and valuation services.

An active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Liberia Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Dr. Sekajipo brings deep technical expertise, regulatory insight, and strategic vision to Cashimee’s executive team.
