Mr. Joseph Cummings serves as the Director of Specialized Training & Security Programs at Cashimee Protective Services Inc., bringing over 20 years of elite training experience from both the U.S. military and leading private security firms including Constellis, Xe Services, and Blackwater.

 

A respected instructor and operational strategist, Mr. Cummings has trained security personnel, protective agents, and tactical teams across global theaters, preparing them for high-risk environments and complex mission profiles.

At Cashimee, he leads the design and execution of all advanced training pipelines—including executive protection, close-quarters tactics, firearms proficiency, K9 operations, and cyber-physical integration—ensuring field-readiness and mission alignment across the U.S., Liberia, and West Africa. His leadership drives Cashimee’s regional training academies, mobile instruction units, and certification standards, forming the foundation of the company’s Prevent • Protect • Prepare doctrine.
