Mrs. Tanneh Moore is an accomplished corporate administration and governance professional with more than 15 years of experience overseeing complex programs, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and executive coordination within highly structured, accountability-driven environments.

 

As Executive Director of Corporate Administration for Cashimee Protective Services, she serves as a principal administrative authority supporting the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team—ensuring disciplined execution of corporate governance, leadership coordination, and enterprise-level administrative operations across the United States and West Africa.

Mrs. Moore brings a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, enforcing compliance standards, coordinating executive workflows, and maintaining organizational accountability within multi-stakeholder systems. Her professional background includes senior roles with the  Tampa Bay Area Youth Services (BAYS), where she provided quality assurance leadership, conducted audits, monitored performance metrics, prepared executive-level reports, and supported organizations through licensing, accreditation, and contract reviews. In supervisory capacities, she oversaw regional operations across multiple circuits, managed staff performance, ensured adherence to contractual and policy requirements, and coordinated with government agencies, courts, and community partners to support mission outcomes

Throughout her career, Mrs. Moore has demonstrated exceptional strength in executive coordination, documentation control, process improvement, and compliance oversight—skills that translate directly into her role at Cashimee. She supports executive decision-making by managing leadership meeting logistics, preparing briefings and records, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through across divisions and country operations. Her experience analyzing data trends, supporting audits, and maintaining accurate records reinforces Cashimee’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and operational discipline.

Mrs. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from the University of South Florida. She is highly proficient in executive documentation systems, reporting platforms, and enterprise-level administrative tools.
