Catherine Richardson is a highly accomplished Registered Nurse with more than 19 years of experience in emergency medicine, intensive care, trauma, post-anesthesia recovery, and home health across some of the nation’s most demanding clinical environments. As the Director of Occupational Health & Medical Readiness for Cashimee Protective Services, she oversees the medical wellbeing, health protection, and operational readiness of all agents, staff, and employees across the United States and West Africa.

 

Catherine’s career includes extensive work in high-acuity and rapid-response settings, including ICU, CCU, trauma units, PACU, dialysis, orthopedic care, and telemetry. Working with the Department of Veteran Affairs, she delivered advanced critical care to medically complex veterans—administering life-sustaining care, managed ventilator systems, led emergency interventions, and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to drive optimal outcomes. Her clinical expertise extends to crisis response, patient advocacy, clinical leadership, and evidence-based practice in every environment she has served.

 

In her role at Cashimee, Catherine develops and manages all employee medical readiness programs, preventive health standards, fitness-for-duty assessments, emergency response protocols, immunization readiness, and field medical procedures. She ensures that all Cashimee personnel remain medically fit, protected, and fully prepared for the demands of high-risk operations, strengthening Cashimee’s Prevent–Protect–Prepare mission through exceptional clinical discipline and operational expertise.
