Dr. Nathaniel Jolo Roberts is a distinguished healthcare executive, clinical pharmacist, and retired U.S. Army Major with over two decades of leadership across complex medical systems, emergency operations, pharmacy administration, and global health initiatives. As Executive Director of the Disaster & Health Security Division, Dr. Roberts leads Cashimee’s mission to strengthen national resilience, epidemic preparedness, and health-security operations across the United States, Liberia, and West Africa.

 

Dr. Roberts has directed large-scale inpatient and outpatient health systems, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, and led COVID-19 incident command operations at Christian Hospital/BJC Healthcare, where he oversaw radiology, pharmacy, respiratory therapy, clinical research, and emergency response teams supporting thousands of patients annually . His global footprint includes serving as CEO of Hope Enterprise Group Corporation, directing public-health programs in Liberia—including malaria, HIV/AIDS, childhood immunization, and community health initiatives impacting more than 29,000 patients per year .

 

A decorated military officer, Dr. Roberts managed pharmaceutical operations for U.S. forces during the Iraq War, coordinated emergency medication for more than 50,000 U.S. citizens during the 2011 Japan tsunami evacuation, and served in senior pharmacy leadership at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center .

 

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri–Kansas City, an MBA from Mount St. Mary’s University, and multiple U.S. and international pharmacist licenses, including Liberia. Dr. Roberts brings unparalleled expertise in disaster readiness, medical logistics, epidemic response, and strategic health-system leadership to Cashimee’s Prevent–Protect–Prepare framework.
