Semila Fahnbulleh Jr. is an accomplished Liberian executive with a strong record of leadership at the highest levels of government, public administration, and institutional operations. As Country Manager & Director of Operations for Cashimee Protective Services in Liberia, he oversees all in-country missions, day-to-day operations, and strategic partnerships—ensuring Cashimee’s security, risk management, and resilience programs are executed with precision across ports, borders, government institutions, and private-sector clients.

Prior to joining Cashimee, Semila served as Chief of Office Staff to the Director General of the Liberia Agriculture Commodity Regulatory Authority (LACRA), where he worked alongside top-tier leadership to shape and prioritize strategic business initiatives, coordinate high-level meetings and travel, advise department heads, lead special projects, and provide detailed operational analysis to drive organizational performance and reform. He previously held the same role at Bong Technical College, partnering with the President and Cabinet to advance the college’s strategic plan, manage executive communications, and serve as a key liaison between leadership, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

Semila also brings experience from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served as a Senior Desk Officer managing the International Cooperation Desk, acting as liaison between international partners and the Government of Liberia, and organizing regular meetings with key stakeholders—experience that now underpins Cashimee’s engagement with ministries, regulators, and international organizations. He holds a BSc in Public Administration from the University of Liberia, supported by a strong foundation in governance, coordination, and operational problem-solving.
