MSG (Ret.) Harold G. Tarr Jr. is a distinguished senior human resources leader, healthcare administrator, and retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with 25 years of exemplary military service.

 

As the Chief People & Human Resources Officer for Cashimee Protective Services, he oversees all human capital functions, workforce development, employee wellness, HR compliance, and organizational culture across the United States and West Africa—ensuring that Cashimee maintains a resilient, mission-ready, and ethically grounded workforce capable of meeting global security demands.

Born in Monrovia, Liberia, and shaped by an international career spanning four continents, Harold brings unmatched depth in personnel management, HR operations, military healthcare leadership, and organizational readiness. During his Army career, he led, trained, and supported teams of more than 300 personnel in complex, high-risk environments—serving as Line Medic, Platoon Sergeant, Senior Instructor, Medical Operations NCOIC, First Sergeant, and Director of the Department of Warrior Care, where he oversaw 228 staff across 10 medical clinics supporting over 27,000 soldiers and families.

Harold’s operational footprint includes assignments in Afghanistan, Iraq, Korea, Germany, Hawaii, and multiple U.S. medical commands, where he directed medical operations, supervised multinational healthcare teams, coordinated force health protection, and ensured compliance with Joint Commission standards.

 

His military achievements include the Bronze Star Medal, multiple Meritorious Service Medals, Combat Medic Badge, Combat Action Badge, and numerous additional distinctions earned through decades of leadership, courage, and service.
