Captain Gerald L. Weeks U.S. Army (Retired) is the Chief Technology Officer, bringing over two decades of unparalleled experience from the highest levels of U.S. national security, military intelligence, and federal law enforcement.

Gerald’s career consistently focused on safeguarding vital command-and-control systems and securing critical digital networks. This expertise was solidified during his time as the Operations Officer in the Army Cyber Operations Integration Center (ACOIC), where he played a key role in the establishment of the U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) and mastered modern defense planning in the cyber domain.

 

Further building on this foundation, he served as a Counter-Terrorism Special Agent with the FBI and concluded his federal career as a senior government retiree (GS-14). His work involved high-level strategic collaboration across the U.S. Intelligence Community, including direct engagement with agencies such as the NSA, NGA, NRO, and CIA.

 

Gerald blends operational rigor and investigative tradecraft to advance Cashimee’s Prevent • Protect • Prepare doctrine. He leads enterprise integration of PSIM/VMS/ACS, SOC modernization (SIEM/SOAR), Zero Trust cloud architecture, and data/AI analytics.
